life in my 34 years

I have to say that in my 34 years of life I have done a lot.  So many things that I shouldn't have done, things I always wanted to do, and things I never expected to do.  I am a mother of two boys Jacob who is my artist and Chris who is my mathematician.  I found out that the other day My husband was talking to the boys about the subject of buying a car because they were interested in learning the process.  My youngest son got so frustrated with him and his math he said here let me show you and he totally blew my husbands mind.  He took my husbands scrap paper and did his re-figuring and found out that at the fake amounts they chose for their example the exact amount of months for payments and was crossing of my husbands figures like they were child's play.  My husband said he will never doubt my sons ability with math ever again.  Now this is exciting and horrible news all in one.  Exciting because I always knew the boys would have my brains and then some, and horrible because they were curious about buying a car which means soon my oldest will be old enough to drive.  Oh man another birthday means another year older my boys will be they are growing up too quick.  I like standing back and watching them until they catch me staring and then they think i am weird.  Kids let me tell you something watching you grow is like watching the dollar signs add up each year for a Picasso.  we as parents are so amazed at all the little things you would think is normal run of the mill every day living.  You find a longer hair than the others coming out of your chin and you start playing with it and I find that soooo funny not because I find you weird, but it is amazing what amuses you.  i look at you and think you really came from me, and no matter what stupid crap I have done most of my life I did not screw you up yet.  i am amazed that through all the ups and downs that has been my life you have turned out to be amazing.  WOW is the only human word I can think of to describe the feeling of how I feel when I stare crazily at you.  you see an old woman staring like a crazy loon and I feel the whole world shining at me showing me just how amazing and wonderful you are.  You make me laugh, you surprise me with your amazing minds, your character is flawless in my eyes and everything about you is simply you.  I could never have imagined the you you have become.  WOW thank you God for the boys You have blessed me with, and how even though my life has been crazy and messed up for many years at a time I have not messed up my boys.  God truly works miracles when he puts children with probably the worst example of a mother and makes them absolutely amazing in every way.

Life Happens

It is amazing I caught them like this.  I almost think they posed for me on purpose for me to be able to catch this perfect picture of them all looking at me on my phone.  You know how long it takes for the phone to actually capture the image when you hit the button usually I get a bunch of blurred pics of them when I try to catch them.  Cujo is my little lap baby I can call home from work and he will come out from under his blanket (because he will burrow into some blankets and go to sleep) he will stretch and yawn and look at Robert talking to me and then I will say Cujo baby and he will start wagging his tail.  He knows my voice from a mile away my little precious Cujo I love him so much.  Shorty is like our little midget wrestler.  Well at least that is what he looks like when he is standing he is all buff and with little stubby legs he is soooo funny.  Princess is our licker she will lick the skin off your arm she loves loves loves to lick.  We got her from our neighbor and she remembers him because everytime he starts his motorcycle she will bark and her tail will wag.

Well I am stuck here at work bored out of my skull waiting on a truck that is crossing the border and got red-lighted (they have to x-ray it).  Which means I am going to have a long night.  I was surfing Yahoo earlier and some things I can click on and some things I cannot because they have them blocked.  Did I mention it is amazing they do not have my blogging site blocked yeah me.  I found a really neat article on the little links yahoo provides called: Things you can get for free.  Wow Hillary Duff had a baby geez time goes by way to fast........ and another one Feeling poor on $100,000 a year..... really if you are making over a hundred grand a year and are poor then you really need to come stay with me a while you will learn what real poor means.  Any who on to the freebies here are the sites and it had some really interesting facts about why they are free; http://www.protonic.com/ (free computer help) they decided to offer free services because they know computer manufacturers rip people off by not making their systems good enough to withstand wear and tear so they offer free service technical help via email how cool is that, next on the list is free language lessons sent via email the courses usually last 12 weeks the site is www.bbc.co.uk/languages they offer this service free for the betterment of mankind they want to enrich people's lives by offering programs that inform and educate how cool, free cookbook you say ok http://www.allrecipes.com/ offers one downloadable for free, free sheetmusic you say ok http://www.mutopiaproject.com/ offers that, free furniture, appliances, etc. etc http://www.freecycle.com/ so you know if you recieve you are expected to give in order for it to be fair they request you list things you want to get rid of too for free how cool no money is allowed to change hands, free photo organizer for your computer http://www.picasa.google.com/ offers such a thing to help you organize your pictures you have on your computer.  Well I hope you enjoy these sites I know I am going to try all of them out.  If you are reading this and you make $100,000 and think you are poor I have a financial plan that will turn you around in no time it only costs $99,000 and in one day I guarantee you will be rich. (in life-lessons that is) <---- like the fine print hahahahahahaha

that's life

There are times life throws these horrible things at you so much so that you think geez what could possibly happen next.... I realized I was able to get over the bad things much easier when I just accepted that things do happen that are bad, but we have to thank God for helping us get through them.  When something bad happened this week I thanked God for taking care of my Ladybug.  I thanked God for me being alive that day despite the bad things that were happening.  I thanked God for it being a beautiful day despite the clouds that loomed in my mind.  Sometimes we just have to remember that though times can be bad we have to keep going and tears may fall like rain during the monsoon season, but we keep strong and keep thanking God for what time we had with those we love and not how or why we lost them.  We keep thanking God for the time we have with those we love and keep letting them know everyday that way no one is left wondering.

Just another day

Just another day.............. I am sitting here trying to think of ways to contrast and compare Operations management and Supply chain management.  ugh ugh and more ugh............. I know I will need this in case I become rich and can one day open up my dream bakery, but........... it is so hard when the reading is so boring my mind just wants to go numb.  I have so many other exciting things in my head like my summer semester........ ohhhhh I cannot wait.  I am choosing Spanish woo hoo I know finally brushing up on what I learned in high school many aeons ago. HAHAHAHAHAHA or as they say in Mexico JAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJA okay so maybe not that long ago.  I am also taking a study on the book of Psalms one of my favorite books of the Bible, and another Bible studies class.  I went earlier this morning and got groceries I try to only grocery shop once a month and with all the boys I have Jacob aka beatlebangy, Chris aka littlevato, and Robert aka Daddy that is very hard to do, but somehow I manage that way all I have to get is the little odds and ends if need be during the month.  Well I will stop procrastinating which by reading my little sister's blog I see runs in the family....... well at least affects two of us. :) Ha HA HA It is funny how you grow up with someone and do not realize just how much alike you really are until you are hundreds and hundreds of miles apart. I miss my family bumches ( inside joke and if you ever text with the auto complete function then you know why for some reason the cell phones when doing auto complete with text thinks bumches is more of a word than bunches so if you are not careful every time you say bunches it comes out bumches which I think sounds better anyways so it is my new word). Well it has been my new word since I met my husband Robert. Okay enough spilling my noodle for all to see until next time.
